I made the mistake of ordering a Papa John's pizza online, taking advantage of their $10 pizza special.

My order was for a half pepperoni, half cheese. Half, as in h-a-l-f.

I get my pizza 40 min. later, pay for it, open it up--and it's all pepperoni and extra cheese!

Calling the shop up, I politely point out the mistake. The person on the other end started to politiely blame the online ordering...then realized that, whoops, they made a mistake. "Er--sorry about that."

Sorry? Sorry? Is that all? I spent $13 of my money--incl. tax and tip, and didn't get what I blinking ordered, and that's all they say, is "sorry???"

No offer of a replacement pizza, or perhaps a free beverage or a coupon for something off my next order...NOTHING offered for my inconvenience of NOT getting what I flippin' ordered???

It was their mistake, their cook didn't read the online order properly--neither did the moron on the phone, either, apparently, until he read it a third time!

Well, screw Papa John's, next time I order from Dominoes or a local pizzeria, who WANT my repeat business!

I'm not wasting $13 on Papa John's again, no way!

HAH. incl. tip?

The delivery fee is NOT a tip. The drivers don't see it. Corporate pockets it. Good going, cheapskate.

I am not, but if it makes you feel better to think only one peron thinks that you are a cheap moron you can believe that. However there is nothing ashamed of going on food stamps. However lying just to get free pizza is wrong.

Irish and Jack are probably the same person.

It's just a blog troll, Jones, wants the wrong kind of attention from me.

Jones, don't let this internet trash get to you . Irish-Jack is obviously emotionally distubed, and has no brains to form an intelligent discussion with.

Do what I do and ignore these droolers. They're only sad little two-bit worms with a five year old's mentality.

The fact that you are asking for a free pizza makes me wonder if you ordered pepproni with extra cheese, and lied when you got what you ordered in order to get something for free. Greedy much. You should go on food stamps if you need to do this to get free food.

Jack, because they only can afford to give a three tip, they have to beg for food like the dog that they are.

i happen to know for a fact that your total was $12.97 after tax. that means you left the driver a $.03 tip. what a douche!!! they dont want you to waste your money with them again anyway.
