Who doesn't take a pizza order on Halloween?

So its Halloween. I go on Papa John's website and tried 6 times to place my order. It went through all the steps like normal but when I went to my cart it would be empty. So then I call the location on Fairbanks in El Paso, Texas. The guy answered the phone like normal. Thank you for calling Papa John's, how may I help you? I told him I'd like to place an order for a pizza. He was silent. I said "hello". Then he said 'Sorry we aren't taking any orders for pizzas". I said what? Why? All he said is there's a proble. Who doesn't take an order for a pizza? Apparently Papa John's on Fairbanks doesn't. Disappointed is an understatement. We ended up going through the drive-through at Little Caesars. Their pizza is disgusting. Frozen pizza is better than theirs. Anyways it was a frustrating and disappointing night. Thanks for nothing Papa John's.

My husband and I purchased from Papa Johns regularly. I tried to use the app to order my food tonight, which did not work. There seemed to be technical difficulties with the app. So I logged in from the browser. I ordered the food just fine and when it tried to change the location for pick up it would not recognize any ZIP Code I provided. So I had to call the store and order it directly. And of course I do not get my Papa Johns rewards that way and I would have earned money on this purchase.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They refunded my order.

I ordered pizza at store 1450 in Louisville Ky around 6:55 pm for delivery. I was informed it would be an hour. At 8:05 pm, I call because I didnt have my food yet. The lady indicated it would be there in 5-10 minutes later. At 8:40 pm, my friend called on my behalf. The lady had no clue and misplaced my order. She reported they would make the food and refund my money. My friend picked it up, never got a refund. I am very disappointed in my service. Two hours for pizza is not acceptable. They lost my service.

Yesterday, October 12 I went to pick up pizza at the Chatsworth CA location. I have asked Papa Johns employee to give me extra Pepperoncinis . He took a bunch of those from a jar with his BARE hands and put it in my pizza box. Just before doing it he touched a registry to take my money and apparently touched my cache as well. When I asked him why he did not use tongues or disposable gloves, he started arguing with me that he did not have to do it, because CDC guideline did not not require it! When I asked for a manager he said he WAS a manager. He also told me he sanitized his hands before touching my food, that he DID NOT. He told me that when he cooked my pizza and cut it he also was touching my ready to eat food with his bare hands and my complaint was not legitimate. When I requested to replace those Pepperoncinis properly using tongues or gloves he did so but very reluctantly, and he was very hateful when he shuffled those pizzas toward me. I have called customer service yesterday after it happened but got no reaction so far. I don't have to mention that I couldn't even look at this food after what happen, I had to dispose of it when I came home. Bon Appétit. I usually don't complain but THAT was just disgusting! Never ever again I will go there. But i am so pissed off with the whole episode and this person behavior that I will NOT leave this situation as it it. I will go as far as this take for this location to be inspected and for people to know what is going on there.

We walked into the store and the manager was yelling at me and my 11 year old son for no reason apparently she got into argument with previous guest for not handling food safely And then when asked for a refund she yelled and cursed at us again. Worst service ever almost called the police. The managers name is Martha and she should be fired.

Fraud on pizza order.

I had $122 stollen from my acct for an order. It was reported to the Fraud Dept &;;;;; a Dispute form was filed by my bank. Best Buy immediately refunded my money. Papa John's said the reported fraud & bank dispute meant nothing. I have to make a police report. If the investigate & if they find I'm innocent, then the money would be refunded. Says allot about Best Buy but Papa John's not so much!

I placed my order via phone for an shaq pizza removing the pepperoni. I got to the store , was no greeted and until the I store went to the back then decided to ask me for my name. At this point the manager on duty came with a mask in her hand for the young lady she showed her she had one already( worn improperly on her chin after she cut my pizza) and she proceeded to wear the mask improperly. No one corrected her. I got home looked at my xl cheese and it was obvious the dough used to make the pie was stretched out. Poor quality, did not rise it wasnt even cut all the way through. My number one concern is MASK EMPLOYEES WEAR MASK CORRECTLY AT ALL TIMES!! We are in the middle of a health PANDEMIC!!!! I wish I could add the pictures B at the Austin Peay location 38128

I've been eating a Papa John's for years. I was even a manager once for them. I went to my local Papa John's specialty pizzas large on sale for 1499 so I ordered one on a thin crust which I've always done. They told me it would be $21 plus tax I asked him why when it was on special he said they did not do specials on thin crust. Since when I've been eating at Papa John's for 22 years and I've always gotten a special on a thin crust I've even gotten it from the same store I went to today. I guess this will be my last time eating at Papa John's

He told my husband to shut up and he was shocked. my husband was upset then pizza guy called the police dept that we used to work with to try and do a terrorist attack report!! We just wanted a Pizza! And he was so rude!! We have own biz in Granbury Texas and i promise that he will not go far taking time customers like that!!
