Ordered pizza and wings, 2 hours later....

no pizza. No phone call, nothing. Tried to get my money back, $70.00, didn't get that either. Called corporate, got nothing. I was ordering pizzas about twice a month from them until this happened. Now I go to Blackjack, which is better and cheaper. Why do I have to type at least 100 words? That is lame. I don't know what else to say...from Louie: I dream of little monsters crawling up my leg. I dream of dying babies and why do they smile. Their smiling faces give me diarrhea, so does Papa Johns. 4 more words. done.

Bad service, employee with attitude

Papa Johns located at Curry Ford/Goldenrod has incompent personnel. Should close and not reopen until entire staff replaced with English speaking, we are in America and English is the language, not Spanish. Hispanic girl has an attitude and thinks you are there to be served on her terms and her time. She is not customer friendly and has negative attitude. I was number three in line and this was displayed to each person on July 4th, around 6PM. Order was not correct and she said, take it or leave it, this is what you ordered and then walked away toward rear of store. Party going on, not customer friendly.

Papa Johns Pizza - Pizza Review from Thornton, Colorado

Working there as an in store is the most unfair, underpaid, POS minimum wage job one could get, alongside something like McDonald's. You guys can't keep an insider for more than a year without them losing their minds, or without them getting into some stress causing habit like smoking or something. The Thornton store will have a TON of fun this football season with no good in stores hahaha won't be a million dollar store anymore

Got a call from the store the next day from an angry manager who was aggressive and i stood my ground She hung up but not before telling me i was banned from papa johns and my address was banned. -Don

I placed an order online at the papa johns on cedar rd in Ohio and my food looked very good. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and a cookie pizza. The cookie was still doughy like it wasn't cooked long enough. I called an told Josh about the cookie and he basically brushed me off an said that's how it's supposed to be made

Rude, abusive and harassment tactics!!!

Ordered online, received my pizzas, when serving up realised order wasn't as i ordered. Called the store and wanted a refund. Guy couldn't talk fluent english and put the phone down on me. Called him back and said I'm giving them 15 mins to deliver me my correct order. 2 hrs from my first online order still no food. Went to the store and gave the old pizzas back. Asked for a refund and the 5 staff members all ganged up behind the counter intimidating me. I said the service is ***. Staff member started screaming at me saying I'm *** ***. Repeating this whilst slamming his hand on the top counter. The manager threatened to call the police, i said please do so. He said im getting no refund and to go do what i want. Never experienced such disgusting service. I am going to my solicitor in the morning to see about taking Papa johns to court for harassment!!! Never ever will buy from papa johns!!!! This happened in Hitchin Hertfordshire UK store. Was closed down in 2013 due to recruiting illegal migrants!!!

I think all the takeout places in England are run by immigrants and probably a huge majority are illegals. Wouldn't deal with them!

Before bashing someone else for their English, take a good look at your own spelling and grammar. You cannot take them to court without a parents permission anyway.

Kevin, go away. Seriously, you need to F off.

You are obnoxious, ignorant and no one likes you. Your comments are pointless, ignorant and redundant. You say the same thing, over and over again.

You are a waste of oxygen, which you know, because you have heard that thousands of times already. LOSER!

Papa Johns Pizza - Pizza Review from Nashville, Tennessee

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I was ordered a pizza online like I do all the time and my order was confirmed and I was told that my order would be ready in 30 to 50 minutes. I was fine with that until i called back an hour and a half later then the time that i was given just to ask what was going on. The employee over the phone told me that the store had been very busy today due to the last days of school and said that my order would be delivered in the next delivery run. That was almost three hours ago and i am now very upset. I called the store again and the same employee answered, but this time with a rude attitude. I will not be ordering from Papa Johns any time soon.

Raciest store owner in lower mainland B.C.

Just letting everyone know about how bad the customer service is in the lower mainland B.C. If you're ordering from certain stores who are franchises owned by "new Canadians" be prepared for the worst service. I was told by one of these "owners" that "I should be so lucky to live in Canada". This is coming from someone who my country welcomed them with open arms to a Canadian born citizen. I spent over 7 MONTHS to have this address. I was issued 5 free pizzas, and in the end, they backed out of the agreement. Then to top it off, Jeff Linquist (604-552-****) decided to tell me that he was the "owner" of Papa Johns! Beware when ordering from these places. My local store is amazing, however, my experience on the whole is complete crap! AND, their head office's policy is to waste as much time as possible. Let’s see if Incident # - JRAE-9XK3MP is solved soon.

Papa Johns Pizza Pizza Review

I just ordered and ate my first Papa Johns Pizza. I will never order again. The crust is way too thick and the sauce is over spiced. Not a good pizza. Whomever runs this company has no idea about pizza. Consult a professional. When your in the business of pizza, you have to have a couple of things right. You don't have either. Good Luck

Mixing garlic sauce and tomato sauce causes "CROSS-CONTAMINATION

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Occasionally Papa Johns has a cheesesteak pizza that comes with CREAMY GARLIC sauce. Other pizza companies offer similar. I like a bit of tomato sauce mixed in with the Garlic Sauce. Other companies have no problem with this, but Papa Johns makes a big issue out of it. If they wish to say "We are uncooperative, and although we have all the ingredients - the extra ladling of a 2nd sauce is more work than we care to do!" or simply "We don't care what you want - take it our way or leave!", at least that would have some honesty. Instead I get told that this "would cause cross-contamination"! I called 3 stores and most said that - one said "Mixing the sauces would cause them to curdle". REALLY??? You can cook tomato sauce, and you can cook Garlic Sauce, -- But together they will curdle? Well that makes more sense than the "cross contamination" -- The tomato sauce is OK to eat alone, the Garlic sauce is OK to eat alone - BUT, mix the 2 and you create a toxic brew of death!!!!! Are people really this dumb -- or just lazy and uncooperative. I am paying for the pizza, and will pay extra if the 2nd bit of sauce is that costly. You have the ingredients. Do what the customer wants, or admit that you don't care what the customer wants. Do say *** things like 2 sauces mixed together cause issues.

I order from Papa Johns quite often here at work since there are only 2 people in the office and we aren't able to leave to get something to eat. I am usually pleased with the entire experience but this time I am not anywhere near pleased.

I made the mistake of ordering the new philly cheesesteak pizza and because I was starving I forced myself to eat 1 slice. it tastes sour which concerns me somewhat. but my over all opinion on this pizza is it gets a zero.

never again. I will not venture out of my comfort zone again.
