I called my local Papa Johns to place an order. It directed me to a call center overseas with language challenges.

Placed the whole order gave my credit card it took me 10 minutes to explain my one topping 3 basic pizzas. Then she said a system errorcan you go to the store. So I did they charged me double & said they cant honor online/call prices as a walk-in. So I left & went to JETS it was delicious.

I saw on my credit card afterwords that papa Johns charged me regardless. So I called the call center they told me to call the local store the local store said sorry I cant help you just file a $25 dispute with your credit card. Which is a huge pain in the neck. They can keep my money.

Ill be happy to tell this situation to my entire network of friends & family to NOT buy from Papa Johns ever again. Extremely poor customer service

Bruh I just want products I pay for, why is it I have to pay for drinks I never receive and continuously be denied a refund? It's not like I used a third party delivery person either... They told me to contact the manager for a refund but the manager refused.

So hands down this was the worst pizza I've ever had! All the toppings were all in the middle of the whole pizza!

Every bite tasted like I was biting into something bitter! The stuffed crust I don't know if it's just me but that was what I was looking forward to the most but somehow that tasted just as bad! I am seriously going to cancel my app information and I will not eat there again!

Ever! But the customer service was great the delivery guy was very polite and very nice I think he was that way because he knew I was about to die as soon as I started eating the product!

I've filed a complaint online and went directly to the store in Fayetteville, GA.
My daughter was food poisoned after eating a Hawaiian style pizza.
I went directly to the store the next day and reported it to the manager and duty and requested the General Managers contact information. I was NOT provided the information.

Instead I was requested to leave my number for the manager to call me today, Monday, 29 JAN 24. The entire duty day as past and I have NOT received a call.

To me this is UNACCEPTABLE.
Further its not acceptable to me there is NO corporate level customer care/ customer experience department that will immediately address concerns and complaints of this nature that could not only make a patron sick but could cause death. Again UNACDEPTABLE.
