Pizza was delivered w/o correct toppings and two wings missing. Called and credit given for future order of pizza/wings.

Received replacement order, there wasn't any pep on my The Works. Called mgr who was rude and told me pep was on the pizza when it was made and left. Not one pep and a total of 9 (I counted them) pcs of sausage on whole pizza. Tried to get correct pizza-was told the pizza had 2.5 pcs eaten and could not return.

Driver rummaged pizza wtih hands and left pizza inedible.

Wrote letter to GM-no response which is very rude. Going elsewhere!!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Papa Johns Pizza The Works Pizza.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $15.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Right - no refund if you ate any of it - I had 3 bites of my pizza and found a hair -no refund because we ate 3 bites ! That is one absurd, customer-losing policy ....
