I've worked for Papa Johns for going on 7 Years as a Driver and a Prep Expert.

The Franchise Address: 3608 Harden Blvd, Lakeland, FL 33803 has been good to me and even used compensation ins to pay for

a Hernia I received when told to take out Garbage that unseen had about 25 LBS of old

Dough in the bottom of a Regular Garbage Can, but that hasn't happened since as I said no garbage for me. And even at 70 I'm penalized for opening and saying no, case in point, I worked from 9AM Prep Time to 2 PM in all 6/7 years until I told our Manager that it was not fair that when I came in on Monday the whole store needed work and with a full staff there was no food left, or boxes to put pizzas in so for five full hours alone I had to re-do the whole store for operation..

PS No Breaks and took Order for delivery at the same time. So When I complained and asked managers to be managers and tell the 20-year-olds to get moving and do something they took my Monday away because I complained... My Background is an Executive Vice President of a very large Mortgage Company in NY NJ that managed 91 people in two states and this action was way over my head in reasoning. But it gets better now that I lost One full day and three hours of the remaining days were also taken by a new Manager

July 11th I was told that I will not receive my $20 Cash Bank for customer Change and I have to supply my own money...

This is where the Lawyer was asked... My Question is {{{ If I'm representing Papa Johns and don't have enough cash to give a customer do I take the Pizza back to the Office ??? Or since 7 years very faithful worker who works and likes this job where do I get the cash for do I tell my better half (Sorry I need that cash for customers change) or If I get Held up and loose the change Papa Johns is insured if I'm using Papas $20 Cash Bank but If I'm held up and lose all my money am I insured, and how does papa know how much I have ? This new Manager or GM or Franchise according to my Attorney (We're older we have Lawyers) is way out of line unless they want to start giving interest because I'm lending them money to use to sell their products...

I have no problem with the job and the Bigger Bosses/Owners I have no problems with, but it seems at store level these people need training in Business because this Money Part is way over my head in making sense in Me lending Papa Johns cash because they don't or don't have any respect for the people who work hard for the brand... In closing - When did Papa Johns go into the Lending cash business or If I'm an Investor where's my stock ?

My family and I recently relocated to Opp, Alabama. We had never eaten at Papa John's Pizza before, so we decided to try it out.

We went in and there was no one in sight. It looked decent, but there was a sour smell, like old mop water. Finally, a man came out from the back. I asked him about any deals, but he didn't seem interested in talking much.

Thus, I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and an order of cheese sticks, since he didn't offer much help. I paid and there was nowhere to sit and wait, so we stood. My daughter then pointed out that he wasn't wearing gloves while preparing our pizza dough. Shocked, I politely said, 'Sir, you're not wearing gloves to prepare our food,' and he responded, 'No ma'am, I can't handle the dough with gloves on, but I washed my hands.' I insisted that I couldn't eat that despite him washing his hands and requested a refund.

I noticed his nails were somewhat long and he had hair on his arms. Perhaps a hair could have fallen onto the dough. He seemed annoyed, but gave me my refund and we left. It was my first and likely last time there.

It's just not right to prepare a customer's order with bare hands in the food industry.

One should wear gloves. I was very disappointed; it was unclean and he didn't seem to care.

We work at a car dealership in Coconut Creek. We order from Papa John's more than 20 times a week. Our order is never correct. This has been going on for some time now and I've complained to the manager of the store before, but she just doesn't care.

I like my pizza well done. The first five times, I've had to return the order and they brought another one. I try to explain to the driver, 'Please check and don't bring it if it's not cooked through on the bottom.'

Today, a new girl was working and took it personally. I told her it wasn't her fault, but the manager used this excuse not to make us a new pizza and refund our money.

We are starving over here and love Papa John's. I think it's time to change the manager and please bring me my pizza well done.

Is there a place where u can complain? I know I will never order from papa johns again or refer papa johns 2 any1 I know.

I will let every1 I know how bad of service I received. I could've just went 2 many other pizza places that r alot closer & cheaper than papa johns. I will next time I crave pizza! Also this is not the 1st time I received poor service from papa johns but, it is the worst.

Here's my complaint:

I ordered carry out by phone, I had a 13 min pick up time.

I arrived over 30 min from my pick up time & was told everything's ready but the pizza. I was told they have 2 remake my pizza, it would b another 10-15 min wait. They screwd up the 1st pizza. So now I have 2 sit in the parking lot & wait.

I came back in & it was still not done. More waiting, went back in ^ it was still in the oven, I waited & waited. Finally got my order after a 35 min wait in the parking lot.

My pizza was awful, I ordered the specialty garlic chicken epic stuffed crust pizza well done & garlic parmesian chicken wings well done, calzone pull apart & cinnamon pull aparts & a garlic dip sauce cup

Pizza:

No mushroom & no ARTICHOKE HEARTS

Add bacon & black olives

It was covered in ARTICHOKE HEARTS there was more ARTICHOKE HEARTS than any thing else, it was doughy & not well done, barely any bacon if there was any & barely any black olives there was probly mushrooms but I didn't eat 1 slice so I'm not sure of that

Chicken:

was bare no sauce what so ever & not well done, cold w/ranch cup

Calzone pull aparts:

Doughy & ice cold

Cinnamon pull aparts:

Ice cold & doughy(not done) & when the icing gets cold it's hard & not a great experience 4 a cinnamon item

4 the money I spent & the time, the extra time I had 2 waist on waiting 4 the employees screw up, they could've at least had the pizza right & the other items at least warm. Hot wrong pizza.

Ice cold, dry, under cooked chicken. Ice cold calzone pull aparts. Ice cold & hard cinnamon pull aparts. No garlic dipping sauce cup.

The whole order was completely wrong & disappointing. Not 1 item was edible 4 me. Completely unsatisfied & discouraged customer.

Can u understand my reasoning?

Never will I order from papa johns again.

I saw a f/b ad for papa Johns metro for today only Saturday August 17th - that you can buy a large or extra large pizza , use the code FREEDAY and get one same size FREE- I called the papa Johns at 36th and MacArthur and asked the manager- he said its a SCAM ! He said its been going on for a few days now .

So I decided to chat a message to the ad- they texted me back saying its NOT a scam! So which is true? Its getting so bad in this world with scams, we cant even believe one for a PIZZA! I feel I have to tell someone in your company , this gives me a bad feeling about ever ordering a pizza again!

I hope someone sees this and reports the scammers - PLEASE look into this . This is the only email I could find
