Poor staffing

I'm at 75 South Valle Verde drive location in Henderson, NV on Saturday September 30th, 2023. There is one person working this entire location, although he's doing his best , the orders are piling up and the customers are very unhappy. Who does the Saturday staffing for this location and how is it even possible to run an entire Papa Johns by one person? Very poor staffing management and terrible customer service.

I've ordered from this location for years. The last 2 times it's was horrible.. your food is either raw or burnt. First order my stuffed crust pizza the crust was raw. The second time my pizza was better but more burnt and my cheese bread was so hard I literally broke a tooth trying to chew it and my papdita was awful a toco was bigger then it. I asked for no green peppers and so small the filling was falling out and was burnt also... What really got me is that if you call the location no one ever answered the phone. The last time the staff was fighting and arguing..at least take care of your customer's

I ordered 2 Large pizzas over the phone, picked them up at Papa Johns in Ocoee on West colonial and Maguire. Its the second day with some leftovers and as Im eating my pizza, I bite into a long piece of hair which is Highly unappetizing. I am very disgusted and I most likely will not be returning. I have photos and it seems like the hair was baked into the crust which makes the situation even more disgusting.

I just got off the phone with a bad manager from Papa Johns in Ocala Florida. I ordered a cheese pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. I got a cold cheese pizza when I called him. He said theres nothing he can do for me because I ordered a cheese pizza I told him no the sticker on my box even says extra pepperoni, extra cheese, and again he told me there is nothing I will do for you because Im telling you you only ordered a cheese pizza I said, but I paid for a pepperoni pizza I stopped ordering from Papa Johns due to the rudeness of the management team and again I work in the restaurant industry so I will post it everywhere I can but that is not the way you fix something but I will also send a picture of the pizza and the label to the corporate office. Thank you very much . All right so now you can head.

Well since you did not provide the sticker that proves that you ordered pepperoni, I am going to conclude that you are lying.
