Hi have complained about my order and I have not received any email or calls about how I was treated and how gross my food was I ordered from union store in ***, Co I spent like 40 bucks this was like the day before New years in the evening time I order a pizza a meats pizza and some barbecue wings the guy who was not English he had an accent he was mean I couldn't understand him completely he didn't want to use my coupon and he didn't take my order and he hung up on so I made a complaint called back they said my order was not taken so he had me on the phone forever acting like he was taking my order and he didn't and when I received my food my pizza was not that good no meat barely my wings was hard as rocks so I would like something done about this situation can I get an email helping my situation thank you it's the *** on union in *** Co

Attendant on the phone in a video call laughing and having a great time while I am waiting for my order. He never acknowledged I am there and I call his attention, and he says "I know you are here I am busy, and I don't give a *** if you are here or not" I said, at least acknowledge I am here by saying I will be right with you, but instead he told me "Get the *** out of here -- I don't *** care" then he told the person he was on the phone with "This *** guy is here to p/u and order, and he don't see I am *** busy, what the *** Then I asked to respect me, and he said "shut the *** up, I don't give a damn, Go ***

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an issue I experienced with a scheduled delivery order through the Papa John's mobile application.

On May 15, I placed a scheduled delivery for [insert order name or details] and completed the payment. However, when I tried to add an additional item by tapping the Back button, the system unexpectedly canceled the scheduled setting and converted it into an immediate delivery without any warning or confirmation.

As a result, the food arrived significantly earlier than intended, disrupting our meal schedule and causing considerable inconvenience. This situation was neither expected nor caused by user error. I strongly believe it is a flaw in the app's design or functionality.

I contacted your customer support team, but unfortunately received only a generic response without any resolution or offer of compensation.

I kindly request the following:

1. A clear explanation and acknowledgment of this system error

2. A formal apology for the inconvenience caused

3. Appropriate compensation (such as a refund or coupon)

4. Improvement of your ordering system to prevent similar incidents, including clear user alerts when modifying scheduled orders

I have attached a screenshot of the order confirmation and delivery time as supporting documentation. I look forward to your prompt and professional response.

Every. Single.

Time. It always starts with, 'You know, pizza sounds good. But I'm exhausted from working all day and sitting in traffic for so long, so getting into a car doesn't sound too thrilling. Nothing delivers here except Papa John's.

Wait a second...we could get that!' A little spark of hope starts to build in the box you've locked away in your brain carrying all the disappointed memories you've ever had of Papa John's. 'Hm, maybe, just maybe, Papa John's will get it right this time! It could happen!' From this point on, I shall be referred to as Positive Polly because there's no way someone can ruin something so simple for the 115th time! You wait, excitedly imagining 5-star chefs masterfully tossing the pizza dough.

Evenly spreading the tomato sauce, because, hey, maybe this round of employees actually care! Sprinkling the cheese (not too much, but not too little!). Layering the pepperoni slices so perfectly it could be framed and hung in the museum of art! You giggle a little to yourself because, well, dreams right?

You see they are out to deliver. Glance out of the window every 5 minutes, but don't stare! You're not a weirdo! You're just hungry, relax!

They park, walk up to the front door, ring the doorbell. You greet them with such enthusiasm you surprise yourself. 'Who's that?! Is that me?!

Is that… MY voice?!' You giggle again and the delivery person just gives you a blank stare. You take the pizza box, making sure to not move too fast, keeping it exceptionally balanced and say goodbye. Put the box on the counter ever so slowly as not to disturb its contents. You open the box.

And step into the first stage of the emotional pizza roller coaster: denial/shock. 'No. No! No no no no no.

There's no way! It's not true! This… this is supposed to be MY pizza! A masterpiece hung in a museum!' Then the anger sets in.

'I hate Papa John's!! They're always terrible!! I just want to scream! Put the glass down, the glass didn't do this, the glass does not need to be smashed!' But then the worst stage hits.

Repentance. 'Why do I do this to myself! To think it would be different this time. To think they've actually changed!

I'm such a silly person!' Then, as you wipe your empty tears away, you finally realize you've hit the last stage, empowerment (with a tiny speckle of revenge lingering in the background). 'Someone has to hear.

The word has been out, but we can't just give up! We must take a stand and they must make this right!

I ordered $55 worth of items. One minute after ordering I received confirmation of the order.

Two mins after I ordered I received confirmation that door dash would be delivering my order in 23 minutes. Almost an hour later my order still has not arrived. I go online to track it and it says it has been cancelled. With no heads up, no phone call, no text, no email that my order has been cancelled.

I work for Live Nation and order from papa Johns very frequently, I get it as hospitality for bands that play in the venues.

I will not spend one more time on this unprofessional company, never again. This is awful service and you dont deserve my money or any other patrons for that matter.
