Didn't like pizza

We ordered a pizza today and when it came it looked like it was just barely cooked and just thrown together. It wasn't very good at all. Won't be buying again for a while.

Papa Johns Pizza - Complaint

Is there a place where u can complain? I know I will never order from papa johns again or refer papa johns 2 any1 I know.

I will let every1 I know how bad of service I received. I could've just went 2 many other pizza places that r alot closer & cheaper than papa johns. I will next time I crave pizza! Also this is not the 1st time I received poor service from papa johns but, it is the worst.

Here's my complaint:

I ordered carry out by phone, I had a 13 min pick up time.

I arrived over 30 min from my pick up time & was told everything's ready but the pizza. I was told they have 2 remake my pizza, it would b another 10-15 min wait. They screwd up the 1st pizza. So now I have 2 sit in the parking lot & wait.

I came back in & it was still not done. More waiting, went back in ^ it was still in the oven, I waited & waited. Finally got my order after a 35 min wait in the parking lot.

My pizza was awful, I ordered the specialty garlic chicken epic stuffed crust pizza well done & garlic parmesian chicken wings well done, calzone pull apart & cinnamon pull aparts & a garlic dip sauce cup

Pizza:

No mushroom & no ARTICHOKE HEARTS

Add bacon & black olives

It was covered in ARTICHOKE HEARTS there was more ARTICHOKE HEARTS than any thing else, it was doughy & not well done, barely any bacon if there was any & barely any black olives there was probly mushrooms but I didn't eat 1 slice so I'm not sure of that

Chicken:

was bare no sauce what so ever & not well done, cold w/ranch cup

Calzone pull aparts:

Doughy & ice cold

Cinnamon pull aparts:

Ice cold & doughy(not done) & when the icing gets cold it's hard & not a great experience 4 a cinnamon item

4 the money I spent & the time, the extra time I had 2 waist on waiting 4 the employees screw up, they could've at least had the pizza right & the other items at least warm. Hot wrong pizza.

Ice cold, dry, under cooked chicken. Ice cold calzone pull aparts. Ice cold & hard cinnamon pull aparts. No garlic dipping sauce cup.

The whole order was completely wrong & disappointing. Not 1 item was edible 4 me. Completely unsatisfied & discouraged customer.

Can u understand my reasoning?

Never will I order from papa johns again.

Asked for square cut after they delivered a pizza whole to me. This was their replacement. Ive had so many issues with papa johns and zero resolutions. 1 pic of original pizza uncut and other pics of the replacement pizza they sent in pieces.

The pizza was horrible! So I know I will not trust them as far as pizzas go.

If they have other things there then maybe I would try something different. But for sure I won't do the pizza again.

So hands down this was the worst pizza I've ever had! All the toppings were all in the middle of the whole pizza! Every bite tasted like I was biting into something bitter! The stuffed crust I don't know if it's just me but that was what I was looking forward to the most but somehow that tasted just as bad! I am seriously going to cancel my app information and I will not eat there again! Ever! But the customer service was great the delivery guy was very polite and very nice I think he was that way because he knew I was about to die as soon as I started eating the product!

Every time I order, I am not receiving the over $5 worth of sauces I order. Over time, that is adding up!!! The manager claims *** give me a credit for next time and just tries to redirect the conversation. Im tired of loosing money and the whole point of a delivery order is to deliver! Not to ask me to drive to the store and use that amount of gas to get my sauces that I did not receive but paid for!

Papa Johns Pizza - Poor Business Practices and Customer Service

I just got off the phone with Papa John's customer service (outsourced overseas; agent had thick accent making her hard to understand -- but that's a whole other rant). As a backup, I want to document my 1/19/2024 experience here.

Details:

- By placing an order exceeding $45, I was supposed to get free delivery; however I was informed on the website my order was ineligible (evidently because the offer applies only to regular-priced menu items).

The omission of this information on the site is suspect, and at the least is poor marketing.- The delivery took 90 minutes -- unacceptable. Furthermore, the "Papa Tracker" was inaccurate, showing I would receive my order in about 38 minutes. The delivery driver gave a plausible explanation, but it didn't excuse Papa John's for not being adequately prepared for the night's business volume.

- Of the 3 pizzas ordered, 1 was missing the garlic sauce and another garlic sauce was partially open.

Including the questionably-high $5.99 delivery fee and driver tip, I paid nearly $56 for what I consider a botched order and wasn't offered any sort of compensation. If this is what I can expect as the norm for Papa John's, you'll be losing me as a customer.

Please consider issuing a code/coupon/credit to counter this bad experience.

Adding more salt to the wound, when I attempted to submit the customer feedback survey sent via email, it malfunctioned and I couldn't reuse the link.

That's another 20 minutes of my time wasted. I have no idea if my information was actually submitted.

In general, service standards all around are pretty low -- and corporations don't seem to have any incentive to raise them!

You are not entitled to a discount. You did not meat the guidelines for the free delivery.

Good thing they are losing you as a customer. You cannot afford their pricing.

That's your opinion. Because of the other service issues I described, Papa John's DOES owe me some sort of compensation, and the customer service rep I spoke with agreed.

Whether anyone follows up to make things right remains to be seen. I'm not expecting any further response,though.

I called several different stores and they said I needed to call another store so I did until I got one who was 1 mile from my house and I even waited down stairs for the delivery but it never came they told me that it was a door dash issue but they still took my money and I never got the pizza

Horrible service

I ordered some food the other night. 2 nights ago as a matter of fact from the Papa.

John's here in my town Greensboro, North Carolina. And it was late and when DoorDash brought the food. It was only some bread sticks and a brownie that was still doey. I ordered stuff crushed pizza chocolate chip cookie bread sticks a brownie and a 2 l of mountain dewell the next day when I called.

The Papa John's the manager told me that she was very sorry, and that she would initiate a refund right away, and that if I would come in the next day that she would make me a pizza for all the hassle that we went through. I thought that was very, very nice of her since my kids. And I enjoy a pizza on a night that I have to work late period well when I just got off work, early went to the Papa. John's, the manager had changed your mind or something.

Because she told me sorry, sir. We can't do that and your refund will be on your card. Just give it a couple of days. Thank you.

Well, I thought that was very rude and I have issues with that. I don't think I'll be shopping with Papa. John's anymore actually usually get very good service from this Papa. John's and I don't know what would have come out of her making us a pizza because we went through all that c*** and hassle the other night.

I don't know, it's just very frustrating when you're out here, working your *** off. And somebody treats you that way.

This company sucks to try to talk to a human. Feels like sooo many shields of protection up from real customer complaints coming in that it's impossible to voice disgruntled concerns!!!

Why do you make it so f k ng hard to talk to someone !!! You have a BIG issue with your store manager (Jordan) at 15900 and 137 in Miami, that I will NEVER order from them again !!! NEVER !! Someone needs to go in there and drag him the hel out of there !@!

Completely the DIRECT opposite of customer service!!! Very rude, and combative. Stay away from thisS I'm willing to bet that nobody,,, from corporate will have the wherewithals,,, (balls) to contact me regarding this issue .
